All prices are exclusive of 21% IVA
(Spanish VAT), valid for the calendar year 2024 and upon conclusion of a contract of at least 12 months.

Our standard package costs per booking complete with final cleaning, € 150 for an apartment and € 200 for a villa.

The price for expansion with the administrative package is tailor-made.

Prices for additional services
The linen service costs €15 per guest, per time. The linen service consists of:
- bedding
- bath towel
- towel

An online intake interview with potential tenants prior to the rental period, including advice, costs €30.

For the shopping service we charge € 10,- to your guests, counted on the supplied receipt from the Mercadona

The inspection rounds, outside and/or inside when vacant: price on request, customization.

The mediation for garden / swimming pool / technical maintenance including our inspection of the work carried out: price on request, customization.
