our standard package for landlords:
- checking the home before the arrival of the guests
- reception of your guests, key transfer and short instructions
- receipt of deposit amount
- assistance to your guests with questions, problems and/or wishes
- final inspection, collection of keys, return of deposit and carrying out final cleaning
Your guests can change their arrival time on the planned day of arrival, for example due to a delayed flight, simply by Whatsapp, texting or calling.
We are almost always reachable!
The standard package can be expanded with an Administrative package that includes, for example:
- register and manage booking sites
- manage bookings
- receipt of passports/ID's
- register guests with the Guardia Civil
- mediation in tax and administrative support.
optional services
we have the following optional services:
- linen service (once or several times during stay)
- intake: we can hold an intake with your potential tenants in advance to give you advice on whether or not to rent out (and why). at the same time we manage the expectations of the potential tenants.
- shopping service before arrival. We can provide the first groceries for your guests using a selection form.
- mediation in garden / swimming pool / technology maintenance
- inspection rounds in and around your home during periods when your home is uninhabited. If there is anything wrong, we will take the first measures and contact you.
